Brand Journey: From Industrial Foundations to a Diversified Business Group

BBE’s growth and transformation stem from the vision and determination of its two founders, Arno Bamberg and Wolfgang Bormann. From the beginning, they defined professional roles, promoted diverse business development, and continuously expanded.

Stroboscopes Division

Led by Arno Bamberg, this division focuses on the design and manufacturing of high-quality stroboscopes for industrial and inspection use. To this day, our stroboscopic products remain a benchmark in the European market for their durability and optical performance.

Industrial Agency Division

Driven by Wolfgang Bormann, this division established a long-term partnership with renowned Italian gas component manufacturer SIT S.p.A. as early as the early 1970s, supplying critical components for gas products such as heaters, stoves, and ovens.

SIT Spare Parts Division

Since 1997, BBE has become the official distributor of SIT spare parts in Germany, offering comprehensive after-sales repair parts and technical support services, thereby formally establishing our “three core business pillars.“

This series of high-brightness stroboscopes is designed to quickly and accurately measure the speed of moving, vibrating, or rotating objects, making it ideal for on-site inspection and dynamic analysis.

MOVISTROB® can also be used to visually “freeze” or “slow down” rapidly moving objects, allowing users to clearly observe motion behavior and state changes without stopping mechanical operation.

MOVISTROB® high-speed stroboscopes can instantly and precisely measure the speed of moving, vibrating, or rotating objects—perfect for observing the dynamics of rapidly moving items. Using optical strobe principles, MOVISTROB enables visual “freezing” or “slow-motion” effects without halting operation, making it an essential tool on production lines and in test environments. Mechanical Industry

Observe spindles, drive shafts, rotors, drive gears, clutches, belts, bearings, pinions, shaft sliding, early fatigue detection due to vibration, material testing, engine tachometer calibration, counters, and amplitude measurements.

Automotive and Engine Industries

Test pistons, valve plates, springs, rocker arms; study fuel injection spray patterns; inspect nozzles, belts, propellers, ventilation systems, gear drives, vibrations, springs, generators, and more.

Chemical Industry

Shipbuilding and Aerospace Industry

Study cavitation and erosion phenomena on turbines and propeller blades. Inspect ship engines, generators, ventilation systems, or test aircraft engines and propeller blade movement.

Medical Applications

Observe vocal cords; used by psychologists and physiologists as tools for brainwave stimulation diagnosis and research; control of dental drilling tools.

Science and Education

Used to display and study rapidly moving objects, visually demonstrate physical laws or theories, and use optical principles to freeze or slow down fast-moving objects for analysis.
